Welcome to Our Nursery
Starting school is a great step forward in your child’s life and we will do all that we can to help you and your child feel welcome.
More information on your child's start in our Nursery can be found in our Nursery Handbook.
Early years’ education builds on a child’s previous knowledge and understanding and our aim is to work with you to support your child’s learning and development. Every child is different and therefore will have different needs. Our early years’ staff are trained to identify where children are and know how to help them progress to their next level.
We know your child will thrive in our Early Years and we can’t wait to start working with you, your child and your family in the near future.
How to Apply
Your child’s name can be registered for our Nursery when they are 2 years old. This must be done by the parent/carer of the child and not by a third party. Application forms are available from the school office or can be requested electronically via email from admissions@dunstableicknield.co.uk.
Children enter the Nursery class in the September or January (if available), the term after their 3rd birthday.
